About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining brewing and serving equipment in a workshop setting. You play a critical role in ensuring our customers enjoy quality coffee products by keeping equipment clean, functional, and reliable.

Reports To: Café Equipment Supervisor
Travel Required: Little to no travel
Work Type: On-site
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and schedule repairs of brewing equipment to meet operational demands
- Inspect used parts to assess wear and dimensional changes
- Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to diagnose issues
- Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective components
- Examine parts for defects, such as changes in form or texture
- Adjust and calibrate functional components and control instruments
- Repair or replace faulty parts, install new structural or functional components
- Lubricate and clean mechanical parts to ensure smooth operation
- Conduct performance tests to verify repairs and ensure equipment functionality
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all repair parts
- May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A passing score on an aptitude test may be accepted in lieu of a diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical or small appliance repair; HVAC experience is a plus
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fundamentals
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
