Job Duties
- Performs work as outlined on the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Tests components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnostics the cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Connects with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
- Communicates with Service Advisor if additional work is needed, if work outlined is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Ensures customers' vehicles are kept clean.
- Notifies Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
Job Requirements
- Automotive Technician knowledge/experience required.
- Nissan Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations required.
