Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders
- Diagnose and repair:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Electrical systems
- Steering and suspension
- Brakes
- Air conditioning systems
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
- Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs
- Communicate repair needs and timelines with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Perform Used & New Vehicle services and repairs
- Utilize MPVI tool to up sell and generate hours
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- For B-level technicians: diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Customer service and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have proper mechanical tools
- Must have personal laptop
- Clean Driver's record
