Job Details
- Traveling to customer base within the Greater Toronto Area with company provided Service van
- Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Requirements
- Valid G License with clean abstract
- Willing to drive to multiple customer locations during the work day
- Service van provided with all tools required to perform tasks
- Valid experience working with various waste and recycling equipment (Compactors/Balers) an asset
- Experience with Hydraulics and ability to read electrical drawings and system blue prints
- Experience with limit switches, solenoids, pressure switches, magnetic switches, relays
- Ability to Stick Arc Weld
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in varying outside weather conditions and in close contact with garbage, bakery waste, recycling material
- Experience operating various hand and power tools including drills, grinders, hydraulic line crimper
- Safety first attitude
- Ability to professionally communicate with customers and fellow staff members
- Basic computer knowledge as Tablets used to dispatch calls
