Service Technician

About the role

A Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services, working outdoors and solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. This entry-level position offers training, opportunities for career progression, and earning potential starting at $20.50/hour, with potential increases through self-progression programs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer sites.
• Educate customers on service use and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize hand tools and computer applications.
• Operate company vehicles and climbing ladders safely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication, professionalism, and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in English, computer use, and hand tools.
