Service Technician

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
