About the role
As a Field Service Technician you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing state-of-the-art automatic door equipment. This is a full-time position with occasional night/weekend on-call requirements and ample opportunities for overtime. You’ll work independently, represent Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is local to the Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh areas.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving, and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
- Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors, and end-users
- Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical
- Ability to occasionally lift door panels that can weigh over 100 pounds
- Availability for after-hours on-call duty approximately every six weeks
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with quality customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience
- Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
- Detailed-oriented work approach
- Ability to work without supervision

Pay
Competitive starting pay of $25–30 per hour for entry-level technicians; $30+ per hour for experienced technicians.
