Responsibilities

• Learn how to build strong customer relationships while maintaining and servicing commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled service visits.
• Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Deliver products and manage inventory at customer locations.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
• Manage your daily route and work independently after training.

Requirements

• No commercial equipment experience required.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving history.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and solve problems.
• Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with occasional on-call rotations.

Pay

Pay Range $47,000 - $56,000 per year. Hourly pay increases to $25 after clearing a 90-day probationary period. Total compensation at $25 per hour ranges from $70,000-$90,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule for a great work-life balance. No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule. Overtime available based on business needs.
