Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Complete comprehensive digital vehicle inspections
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Mentor and assist fellow technicians when appropriate
- Continuously develop your technical skills through factory and ongoing training
Requirements
- Minimum five years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Audi, Volkswagen, or other European brand experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Personal technician tools
