Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping tools and equipment in proper order.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technologies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that supports fellow technicians.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of automotive repair experience is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Victoria, TX 77901 prior to starting work.
