BUILDING AUTOMATION AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT
About the role
We are a company dedicated to providing top-notch energy management and facility solutions. Our team of systems integrators designs, installs, and maintains building automation systems that aim to reduce energy consumption, optimize building performance, and ensure optimal conditions for tenants.
Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance Tasking (Database Back-ups, Control System Analysis, Network Analysis and Optimization, Central Equipment Controls Performance Testing, Customer Training)
- Troubleshoot DDC Control and Mechanical Systems
- Replace failed components as necessary
- Act as a liaison to various team members (Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Account Managers, and Customer)
- Carry 24 hour pager as scheduled
- Learn how to modify and create project-specific controls programming
- Provide feedback on company-wide standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associates degree or certificate in an Applied Technologies field
- Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications
- Exposure to electronics and basic electrical circuits
- Exposure to basic programming concepts
- Practice working with mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting basic and complex problems
- Electrical-06A license

Pay
Base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $108,000 and is based on experience and tenure.
Schedule
This is a full time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday. Local travel is required up to 50-percent of the time and all technicians are provided the benefit of using a company-owned vehicle for business. Minimum license and driving record requirements must be met.
