Service Technician

About the Role

The Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services while working outdoors in diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer locations
• Educate customers on product use and troubleshooting
• Utilize hand tools and technical equipment safely
• Work outdoors across various terrains and weather conditions
• Support technical problem-solving and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed

Pay

Immediate pay of $20+/hr.
