About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment units in Charlotte. Duties include cleaning, painting, and performing minor repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of apartment units
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and light repairs
  • Respond to tenant requests for service within established timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
