About the role

Responsible for managing apartment maintenance operations in Charlotte. Oversee repairs, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Manage contractor relationships and oversee project management
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
  • Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance issues and progress
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property maintenance efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Property management software proficiency (e.g., Yardi, Proserv)
