About the role
Responsible for managing apartment maintenance operations in Charlotte. Oversee repairs, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage contractor relationships and oversee project management
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance issues and progress
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property maintenance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Property management software proficiency (e.g., Yardi, Proserv)
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
