Service Technician ($16.00-18.00/hour)

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Service Techs and Customer Service Advisors for our Jiffy Lube franchises in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. The primary functions of these roles include providing an excellent service experience for our customers while servicing vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Service vehicles
• Maintain customer relations

Requirements

• Able to follow instructions and move in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Qualifications

The ideal candidates are highly motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented. No prior experience with auto service is required as we offer an industry-leading training program.
