About the role

As a Service Technician, you’ll be part of our Product Services team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to handle simple repairs to all portable electric and pneumatic tool, light construction equipment, & outdoor products. Troubleshoot tool failure--fully or partially disassembling unit to examine components for wear/defects and replacing parts that are worn or defective. Assist with maintenance of shop equipment and maintains clean and safe work environment. Properly inspect tools and equipment for safe operation prior to use, returning tools in good condition to appropriate storage area after use. Complete work orders using repair parts and labor to include pricing and pertinent customer information. Manage inventory by ensuring accuracy with parts and accessories.

Responsibilities
