Service Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and perform minor to moderate repairs on CNG, LNG, and LCNG fueling equipment.
• Identify and generate service orders for corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
• Ensure assigned stations are operationally prepared by cleaning and wiping down equipment and emptying trash containers.
• Work on Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMs) and rebuild as secondary manpower under direction of Tech 2, 3, or Master Technicians.
• Fill in for other technicians as needed within the region.
• Provide information and assistance to the public or Clean Energy Contracted customers.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners, field service support, field technicians, and Operations management to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs under direction of Tech 2, 3, and Master Technicians.
• Update and document all activity, service orders, work performed, and recommendations in D365 Clean Energy Field Service Automation (FSA) software.
• Maintain fueling related equipment and structures according to manufacturers' requirements and Clean Energy's standard operating procedures.
• Be available to cover other stations in neighboring states and be on-call 24/7 outside of normal business hours.
• Available during off-duty hours as required, including potential overtime hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Skills

• Strong mechanical and/or electronics skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $28.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a day shift either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
