Service Tech Trainee-Mercedes-Benz Grapevine

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures with assistance from Team Leader while training toward Certification.
• Examines vehicle and discusses nature and extent of damage or malfunction with Team Leader.
• Plans work procedure in cooperation with Team Leader.
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Utilizes Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
• Affirms Avondale Dealerships and Information Security Policy requirements.
• Attends weekly department meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year dealership experience.
• Operator's Driver's License; State Inspection License.

Qualifications

Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle.

Skills

Knowledge of and ability to apply the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process.
