What You Will Do
- Work with a Master technician as they help you transition into your new career
- Learn how to perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Master technicians, Service Advisors, and Service Managers so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- Must have been enrolled in a Certified Automotive Service School
- Must be a fast learner
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be computer literate
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a High School Diploma
