Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas
• Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, assisting on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down stairs and different elevations
• Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying items
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the day
• Active engagement in a variety of physical tasks throughout the shift
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume working environment
