• Previous hospitality or entertainment experience (a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently.
• Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team as needed – restocking stations, helping on the tee line, keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
• Live Topgolf’s core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) each day.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb., including transporting food trays up and down elevations and stairs.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Perform a variety of active tasks, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Maintain endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
