Service Supervisor (I-II) - Cementing

Job Duties

• Coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
• Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Captures and directs the activities of service operators.
• Cleans up, repairs, and prepares equipment for the next job.
• Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Leads the site crew comprised of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
• Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Service Operator II-Cementing
• Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is required

Compensation Information

• Competitive compensation
• Sign-on bonus is subject to certain conditions and approvals by area leadership
• Position is eligible for a $300/month stipend based out of Roosevelt, UT.
• $45/day Per Diem
