About the role

As our Service Supervisor, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise as well as supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce, and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Pay

Annual Base Pay Range: $112,500 – $147,600. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
