Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize work performed in the Bolivar Hydraulic Cylinder Shop
• Assist in providing quotes for customers and reviewing work orders prior to invoicing
• Take phone calls from internal and external customers
• Develop and manage relationships with customers, employees, salesmen, and various departments within Ohio Machinery
• Handle multiple work assignments and prioritize tasks
• Provide superior customer service and product support through management of all aspects of the service department
• Focus on behaviors and safety activities that will drive zero incidents and injuries, promoting a sustainable safety culture
• Adhere to Ohio Machinery Safety Policies, Procedures, regulatory requirements, and best safe practices

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Three to five years’ experience in hydraulic component repair: cylinder, pump, motor, and/or valve
• Working knowledge of hydraulic cylinders
• Two - Five years’ prior supervisory experience
• Able to handle multiple work assignments
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritize work and technician assignments
• Able to work closely with other internal and external customers to ensure a quality product

Physical Requirements

• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting
• To stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• To occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
• To lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight
• To operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
• To verbally communicate to exchange information

Base pay plus annual bonus potential
