About the role

Coordinating and scheduling of Service Specialists, aligning specialists to service tasks according to their skill sets. Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and safety assurance through field checks, inspecting work quality and methods, and ensuring adherence to safety programs and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Verify appropriate individual licensing and/or certifications are in place for specialists.
  • Provide training and development planning and implementation, including technical and soft skills training.
  • Supervise Service Specialists and other team members, including recruiting and hiring as required.
  • Perform managerial responsibilities such as mentoring, coaching, performance management, work planning, and budget oversight for service-related tasks.
  • Act as the first level of technical support coordination for Specialists and provide high-level field support for urgent or troubled work orders.
  • Perform specialist tasks for specific work orders when necessary.
  • Ensure processes and standards (e.g., scheduling, iCare use, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timesheets, JHA’s) are properly implemented.
  • Instill a safety-conscious culture within the team and ensure all required safety training and certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, OSHA) are obtained.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and leaders to achieve full safety compliance.
  • Ensure Specialists have proper tools, equipment, and vehicles, and that they are maintained correctly.
  • Participate in internal CSP review meetings and service turnover meetings.
  • Proactively coordinate and communicate with Operations Managers, Service Managers, Sales Executives, and other resources to support customer satisfaction and financial success.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

  • Ensure specialists possess the proper licensing, certifications, tools, and equipment for their roles.
  • Oversee the maintenance of tools, vehicles, and other equipment.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance with all relevant training and certifications.

Pay

The anticipated annual compensation for this role is between $104,000 and $130,000. Individual pay rates may vary based on job, department, location, skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education.
