Service Specialist - SFM

We are seeking an AV Service Specialist whose attitude, skills, and work ethic align with our mission: to provide a fantastic customer experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about AV, customer-focused, and capable problem-solvers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with programmers to load updated files as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of AV/IT networking and the AV industry
• Customer service experience is essential—our customers are our top priority
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while knowing when to ask for help
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, representing CTI to clients
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to tackle any situation

An associate's degree is preferred but not required; we evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and individual contributions.
