About the Role

As a Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and practice teams by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. You’ll be a trusted point of contact—helping resolve inquiries, navigating processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous support to practice teams and clients via phone and written communication
  • Research and resolve inquiries by delivering accurate information and practical solutions
  • Maintain high service standards while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously learn and apply new processes, systems, and updates to ensure accurate support
  • Collaborate with teammates and act as a resource by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Support team initiatives, process improvements, and department priorities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service, prior financial services industry, or Edward Jones experience recommended
  • Strong computer skills are required, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
