Service Shop Technician
Responsibilities
- Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
- Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
- Absorb and deliver customer and merchandise equipment to customer residences.
- Aid in extended periods of speaking to customers or associates.
- Resolve problems and analyze situations.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Write reports and speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
- Adhere to professional appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and scheduled training meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience
A strong mechanical ability is preferred. Must be at least the age of 18.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 8a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Friday, 9a.m. and 7p.m. Saturday, and 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typically a rotating weekend schedule with Monday-Friday Shifts equaling an average 40-42 hours/week.
