Responsibilities
- Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
- Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
- Absorb and deliver customer equipment and merchandise at the store and to customer residences.
- Absorb and assist with extended periods of speaking to customers or associates.
- Show exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Write reports and speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
- Be professional in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and treating others with respect and consideration while following Scheels policies and procedures.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Complete basic mathematical equations.
- Work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and scheduled training meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explain all benefits.

Qualifications
- A strong mechanical ability is preferred.

Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available minimum of two weekends a month. Average hours per week is 15-20 hours.
