Service Scheduler/Cashier

Responsibilities

• Cook up and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
• Greet customers and address their service needs
• Handle cashier duties such as processing payments and issuing receipts
• Manage loaner agreements
• Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly

Qualifications
