About the role
The Service Scheduler supports ThompsonGas's growth by coordinating service schedules and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Cook up daily service schedules of up to 15 service technicians from customer service requests and new inbound sales
- Prepare and dispatch technician work orders and routes daily
- Communicate daily with technicians in the field
- Collaborate with Customer Service for scheduling and emergency needs
- Work with Sales Team for efficient customer onboarding
- Follow-up scheduling for additional service needs
- Review and adjust billing for customer invoicing
- Maintain customer accounts with service-related information
Requirements
- Coordinate daily service schedules of up to 15 service technicians from customer service requests and new inbound sales from phone, email and customer portals
- Ensure Technician work orders and routes are prepared and dispatched daily
- Communicate daily with Technicians in field
- Communicate with Customer Service for scheduling and emergency needs
- Communicate with Sales Team for best in industry customer onboarding
- Follow-Up scheduling for additional service needs
- Review billing for adjustments and customer invoicing
- Maintain customer accounts with service-related information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior Experience in a service dispatching and/or logistics role preferred
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Cargas Energy Systems or industry related software experience a plus, but not required
- 2+ years of customer service experience working with both internal and external customers
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and at all levels of the ThompsonGas organization
- The ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
- The desire to be part of a growing successful team
- Propane Industry experience a plus
Skills

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
