Service & Sales Representative – Progression Role

About the Role

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$75,000. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and building relationships with customers, this could be a great fit.

Pay

$23/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay.

Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000.

Schedule

Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.

On-call rotation: Roughly every 10 weeks.
