Pipeline Development & Prospecting
Prospect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities.
Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes.
Sales & Estimating
Collaborate to prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers.
Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery.
Close sales while maintaining target gross margins.
Customer Relationship Management
Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
Historical meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to sell on value and protect margins
Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly - Preferred: Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs
Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking
