Purpose

Quality Trusted Commercial provides full-service commercial roofing and exterior solutions, partnering with building owners, property managers, and general contractors to deliver reliable roofing systems, responsive service, and long-term value.

About the Role

The Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative is responsible for generating new service and maintenance opportunities, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and closing deals that support regional growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development & Prospecting
    • Possess 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
    • Meet or exceed sales targets
    • Identify project scopes through site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings
  • Sales & Estimating
    • Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers
    • Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery
    • Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
    • Protect margins while selling on value

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to sell on value and protect margins
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly

Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs
  • Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking

Pay

Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location. US Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $80,000 USD
