We are hiring one position at a level 1, 2, or 3 depending on experience. Closes on August 26th at 5PM.

With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities, this position is responsible for processing a wide variety of member transactions while consistently uncovering members' financial needs and deepening member relationships. We delight our members in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization's mission and goals by providing the highest quality of service, treating each person professionally with warmth, courtesy, and respect, deepening member relationships, and making members feel they belong and are important to the credit union.
- Welcome members and accurately process a wide variety of transactions.
- Work with and understand the credit union operating system, balance cash drawer, and perform other operations functions accurately and timely.
- Ask members appropriate open-ended questions to understand their financial needs. Make applicable recommendations and/or referrals to specialists to help members achieve their financial goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include occasionally working at other branches or departments.
- Learn, use, understand, and promote all credit union digital delivery channels.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards, including internal policies.

Service Representative 1
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus a minimum of 6 months of related experience and/or training as a teller/service representative, customer service with cash handling.
- Preferred: Relevant training in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred in some markets.
Pay
Range 6C: $20.00 - $28.01
Service Representative 2
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn, use, understand, and promote all credit union digital delivery channels.
- Display knowledge of and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards, including internal policies.
- Exhibit ability to aid escalated members through CARES principles, knowledge application, and troubleshooting ability.
- Identify and handle member inquiries, resolve member concerns while maintaining member satisfaction.
- Complete complex transactions accurately and timely.
- Demonstrated ability as a resource to newer team members and peers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training as a teller/service representative, customer service with cash handling.
- Preferred: Relevant training in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred in some markets.
Pay
Range 7C: $20.49 - $30.72
Service Representative 3
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to work with and understand the credit union operating system, balance cash drawer, and perform other operations functions accurately and timely.
- Proven ability to learn, utilize, understand, coach, and promote all credit union digital delivery channels.
- Display proven knowledge of and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards, including internal policies.
- Exhibit proven ability to aid escalated members through CARES principles, knowledge application, and troubleshooting ability.
- Proven ability to identify and handle member inquiries, resolve member concerns while maintaining member satisfaction.
- Consistent proven ability as a resource to team members and peers.
- Consistently provide leadership and direction to team members by training and coaching on services, sales, and operational expectations.
- Proven ability and aptitude to navigate complex member interactions, troubleshoot operating systems, and complete complex transactions.
- Partner with branch leadership to study and standardize procedures to improve efficiencies.
- Proven ability to achieve production goals while simultaneously providing coaching and feedback among peers.
- Proven ability to mentor teammates in Service Representative responsibilities.
- Exemplify leadership qualities that influence goal achievement, including the ability to create a clear vision, understand organizational culture, focus on performance development, and encourage innovation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training as a teller/service representative, customer service with cash handling, and leadership experience.
- Preferred: Relevant training in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred in some markets.
Pay
Range 8C: $22.84 - $34.28
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one situations to members, potential members, and other teammates.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information, which may require some discussion.
Skills
- Ability to operate general office machines and equipment such as photocopier, fax, computer, and currency and coin counter.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
