Service&Repair Technician II
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and execute assigned tasks such as Test, Repair/Replace parts without damage, and/or Final Config (or any other required tasks) with minimal supervision
- Moderate ability to interpret and execute as per written service instructions
- Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate knowledge of part placement
- Moderate troubleshooting knowledge
- Moderate computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Absolutely necessary: Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in service and repair technician roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in service and repair of technical equipment, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to service and repair work
- Familiarity with service documentation, repair tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer service expectations
