- Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and calibration on vacuum and flow equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Inspect, test, and clean all finished instruments before shipment.
- Interact with multiple departments including Engineering, Production Teams, Quality, and Sales to relay problems and offer solutions.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational or technical training with at least 1-2 years’ experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to use communication software and equipment such as email, Microsoft Teams, ERP system, and Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel). Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics, drawings or assemblies is a plus. Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 is a plus. Candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Sitting/standing for long periods. Good coordination and flexibility in both hands. Use of computer keyboard. Good vision capabilities, including color perception. Position requires operation of specific equipment and the sensory ability (vision, hearing, and smell) to detect and report unsafe conditions to prevent injury to oneself and others. Move and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
