Service Repair Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and track repair requests.
  • Prepare quotes, including vendor research as needed.
  • Follow-up with customers on open quotes.
  • Process and coordinate approved work, including ordering equipment, permits (as applicable), parts and materials, and communication with dispatch and technicians.
  • Research, quote and coordinate complex repairs and small projects.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to foster additional work.
  • May mentor or coach other Repair Coordinator(s) as directed.
  • Collaborate with and receive coaching from Project Managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Well organized and able to manage time effectively required.
  • Technical aptitude and basic understanding of mechanical systems required.
  • Basic familiarity with code requirements required.
  • Basic financial aptitude required.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years prior related work experience required.

Pay and Schedule

  • The pay range for this position is $24.36 - $37.31 per hour.
  • This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly.
  • Base pay information is based on market location.
  • A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
