Key Responsibilities
- Intake and track repair requests.
- Prepare quotes, including vendor research as needed.
- Follow-up with customers on open quotes.
- Process and coordinate approved work, including ordering equipment, permits (as applicable), parts and materials, and communication with dispatch and technicians.
- Research, quote and coordinate complex repairs and small projects.
- Proactively manage customer relationships to foster additional work.
- May mentor or coach other Repair Coordinator(s) as directed.
- Collaborate with and receive coaching from Project Managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication required.
- Well organized and able to manage time effectively required.
- Technical aptitude and basic understanding of mechanical systems required.
- Basic familiarity with code requirements required.
- Basic financial aptitude required.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2 – 5 years prior related work experience required.

Pay and Schedule
- The pay range for this position is $24.36 - $37.31 per hour.
- This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly.
- Base pay information is based on market location.
- A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
