Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality general repairs related to carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, and painting, with specialized expertise in texture matching, trim work, framing, and tile/hardwood floor repair or replacement.
  • Perform a wide range of high-quality repairs, including texture matching, framing, trip work, tile installation/repair, and hardwood floor repair/replacement, in customer homes or company office locations, ensuring excellent craftsmanship in every task.
  • Adhere to work schedule and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a commitment to the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment for residential and light commercial building repairs, with a focus on precision and excellence in carpentry, flooring, and drywall work.
  • Execute detailed, precise work such as drywall patching and texture matching to create seamless finishes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Repair or replace flooring (tile and hardwood) with a focus on delivering impeccable craftsmanship and durable results.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction while promoting Paschal’s commitment to quality.
  • Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and co-workers about questions, concerns, or project challenges, while upholding a culture of pride in delivering exceptional work.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and ensure all tools are well-maintained and used with care.
  • Keep the workplace organized, neat, and clean during and after each project to demonstrate pride in your work.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional vocational or technical training in carpentry, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in residential or commercial repair, maintenance, or construction, with proven skills in carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, and painting.
  • Strong familiarity with the use of tools, materials, and techniques for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to residential and light commercial construction is a plus.
  • Experience delivering high-quality workmanship in fast-paced environments, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites and company locations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest quality of work, taking pride in craftsmanship, and consistently producing top-tier results.
  • Able to troubleshoot repair issues and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs and ensure long-lasting repairs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, deliver excellent service, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Thrive in changing work environments and situations, with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and with high standards.

Qualifications
