The Front Desk Service Rep at Loyola Medicine plays an essential role in promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring efficient clerical operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them as they enter the physician practice.
• Answer office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
• Check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details.
• Assist patients during check-out, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum education: GED or high school diploma (required); Associate’s degree (preferred).
• At least one year of work history (required).
• Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available for this position).

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00–$24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
