About the role

The Front Desk Service Rep at Loyola Medicine plays an essential role in promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring efficient clerical operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly as they enter the physician practice, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Answer office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
• Check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details.
• Assist patients during check-out, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum education: GED or high school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
• At least one (1) year of work history in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available for this position).

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00–$24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
