Service Rep, Cardio Diag, Maywood, Full Time, AM/Days

This Full Time position supports the clinical-administrative operations of non-invasive cardiology, including scheduling, check-in, and registration help for patients coming for pacemaker services, echos, vascular studies, stress testing, and EKGs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the physician practice, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Answer office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
• Check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details.
• Assist patients during the check-out process, provide guidance on referral processing, and help schedule future appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum education: GED or High School diploma (required). Associate's degree (preferred).
• At least one (1) year of work history (required). Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
