Service Rep - Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center - Full Time, Evening

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them as they enter the physician practice
• Answer office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address inquiries
• Check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details
• Assist patients during check-out, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments

Requirements

• Minimum education: GED or High School diploma (required); Associate's degree (preferred)
• At least one (1) year of work history (required)
• Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field (highly preferred)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available for this position)

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
