Service Rep - Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center - Full Time, Evening

Employment Type: Full time, Evening Shift (9:30am - 6pm) with occasional Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them as they enter the physician practice, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Manage office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
• Check in patients efficiently, collect and verify demographic and insurance information, and update electronic records.
• Assist patients during check-out, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum education: GED or High School diploma (required); Associate's degree (preferred).
• At least one (1) year of work experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available for this position).

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and internal equity.
