Job Duties
- In charge of daily rentals and rental agreements.
- Processing payment for rentals and Service Invoices.
- Processing State Inspection write-up and closing Inspections.
- Making online Service appointments.
- Contacting Customers for follow-up and appointments.
- Answering Service phone lines.
- Performing other miscellaneous tasks to assist the Service Advisor in providing exceptional customer service.
