Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Handling service leads and overflow from the Service Advisors.
• Working closely with serviceretention and with the pace program.
• Provides Service Managementinformation by completing reports.
• Updates job knowledge byparticipating in GM educational opportunities.
• Enhancing Service departmentreputation by service leads after repair.
