Job Description The Service Receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner for the Service Department, and the Sales Department as scheduled. As the initial point of contact, the Receptionist represents the Dimmitt servant heart culture by being a pro-active listener and information source who knows all points-of-contact for every department within the company to promptly assist guests and callers. In addition, the Receptionist performs administrative duties and operates a multi-line phone system for call routing. Responsibilities Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful mannerDirects guests to the appropriate department or point-of-contactManages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordinglyCoordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnelProvides administrative/clerical assistance as neededBDC service callsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred1-2 years of relevant experience preferredHelpful attitude and friendly demeanorHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent telephone skillsStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite Benefits Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days.
