Service Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Service Quality Coordinator connects service quality with the broader operating needs of remote back-office support for parking and vehicle-assistance field operations, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care. This role focuses on service quality coordination within parking service operations, ensuring work leaves owners, evidence, and next actions visible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Quality Coordinator workflow by helping the team track corrective actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate the workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Review the workflow by ensuring work aligns with documented quality standards.
• Maintain the workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.
• Track the workflow by identifying recurring failure patterns.

Quality Standard Success means service quality is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Qualifications

• Use Data Accuracy and Process Improvement confidently in service quality coordination.
• Apply Standards Compliance without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Parking Service Operations, especially when escalation is required.

Work Arrangement

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
