Service Providers and Partnerships Manager, Marketplace

About the role

Responsibilities

• Own the development and expansion of the service provider ecosystem across the cross-border marketplace
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with key service providers, including logistics, fulfillment, tax, listing, and related service domains
• Define partnership strategy, including selection criteria, onboarding standards, performance management, and scaling approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, driving long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
• Work with Product teams to integrate service provider capabilities into platform tools and seller workflows
• Collaborate with Seller, Category, and Operations teams to align service offerings with seller needs and business priorities
• Establish performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to ensure service quality, reliability, and scalability
• Drive adoption of service providers among sellers, improving onboarding efficiency and operational performance
• Continuously identify gaps in the ecosystem and introduce new service capabilities to support marketplace growth

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-border e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or service provider ecosystem roles
• Strong understanding of cross-border seller needs, including logistics, fulfillment, tax compliance, and listing operations
• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
• Strong execution ability, with experience driving initiatives from strategy to implementation
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business teams
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and scale partnerships
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to define metrics and evaluate partner performance
• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to support cross-border business collaboration
