Service Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Direct customer communication
- Personnel scheduling
- Logistics support for material and people
- Parts ordering
- Documentation support
- Supporting proposal efforts
- Billing support
- Resolving competing objectives for positive outcome
- Overall commercial responsibility for revenue forecasting of the orders managed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Degree or related field is preferred), or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical work support related field. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level position.
- Demonstrated skills in profit business principles; Familiarity with jobs on a time and material basis.
- Strong organization and excellent time management.
- SAP experience, an aptitude for technical knowledge and principles, and familiarity with computerized data display and controls preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
